Creative Studio is excited to announce new features that will boost collaboration within teams: team project sharing and project board. With the ability to add team members to a project and pin content to the project board, you can now work seamlessly with your team and keep all of your ideas in one place.
Pinning Content to the Project Board
With the new feature to pin content to the project board, you can pin(save) generated content to the board that will be shared with other team members who will be added to your project. You can pin chat conversations, chat tools conversations, generated image or set of images and focus group chats. Content matrix is currently not available for pinning.
To pin content, simply hover over the item you want to pin and click on the pin icon. The item will then be added to the project board, where you can store all your generated results as well as leave text or visual notes for comments. This makes it easy to keep track of all of the ideas and results that come up during the project collaboration and ensures that nothing gets lost or forgotten.
If you want to look into the chats or images created by other person, simply click on it from the project board. You will land on the chat or image generation page of chosen results but they will be in read only mode. To continue conversation with pinned chat we will make a copy of the pinned chat to your recent results and further conversation will be available only to you.
In order to share pinned content with your teammates feel free to invite them to the project via Team sharing feature.
Adding Team Members
One of the biggest challenges of working on a project with multiple people is keeping everyone on the same page. With the new team sharing, you can invite your colleagues to Creative Studio to collaborate on your project.
To add a team member, click to the ’Team’ button on the top right corner of project page and click on ‘Add Member’ and enter colleague's email address and choose the role within the project. If the person could not be found for adding this meant that this user has never logged it to Creative studio. Please ask person to login to CS to proceed.
Once email is indicated, the the person will be added to the project once you click 'Invite'. Invited team members will have access to the items pinned to the project board like chats, images, focus group chats and tools chats. All your chat conversations and image generation results in your recents will remain private only to you.
